Register – Limerick Fringe

Register for the 2019 Limerick Fringe Festival below, dates are 3rd to 6th April. Applications close on Friday 12th October at 5.30pm. We recommend submitting early as there is a lot of web traffic on the last day of registration.

In 2019 we are accepting applications for Work in Development as well as established fringe performances. Work in Development will be part of the new Free Fringe and payments will be by bucket donations from audience members.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR SHOW:
Limerick Fringe advises your production be planned at a max of 60 minutes and be relatively technically uncomplicated. Keep in mind that there is a short turnaround time (up 30 minutes), most venues are small, extensive decor and technical plans are not an option. Most venues have limited storage space also.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
If selected there is a fee of €30 to cover certain administrative functions and gives you inclusion in the printed programme of events. There is also a €100 Deposit payment that is retained in the event of non attendance, upon completion of all performances the deposit will be returned to the company.
Participation in the Limerick Fringe is at your own risk. All income you receive will be solely from ticket sales, based on a 70% of total ticket sales from your performances. The show prices are determined by Limerick Fringe, partly based on the duration of the performance.
If selected you will market your show on social media channels, through local & national press as well poster & flyer distribution. Limerick Fringe will market your performances as part of our general marketing activities but can not distribute posters.
Limerick Fringe will use the information you provided on this form to be in touch with you and to provide updates about performances and the festival in general.
