Limerick Fringe Wins Gold at the 2017 IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Ceremony
Woohoo! We are over the moon. Limerick Fringe was awarded a Gold at 2017 IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards Ceremony in Arizona, U.S.A.. The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) paid tribute to Limerick Fringe by awarding a first place for Best Event/Organization E-Newsletter.
This is a huge achievement for us in our first year. We worked hard to create a diverse and entertaining event, while keeping a professional look to the brand of Limerick Fringe. Communication is key to promote any festival and in our first year with a limited budget, it was our intention to use our skills and resources to design a functional yet enticing form of message. We had a successful festival however it is fantastic to get industry recognition too, it means we must be doing something right
Along with Cuckoo Events in Dublin, Limerick Fringe was the only other Irish winner at the international award ceremony.
